I know, it's crazy anyway.<br />Your descriptions are sadly true though. More I guess, if you live in a northern large city, as Milan for example. Your experience could be very different somewhere else. Those kind of behaviors change a lot from town to town, from region to region, even from neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
