Paris Hilton Parents Trying To Have Their Daughter Pardoned By Schwarzenegger

Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 -- Buzzurro

My enthusiasm towards all things American is at risk, if this is true.

As you probably know, Paris Hilton was sentenced by a California court to 45 days in jail for violating multiple times a probation after being convicted for DWI.
She drove with a suspended license at 70 mph in a 35 mph zone, with her headlights off, and she failed to enroll a mandatory alcohol education class.

Today I learned that her parents, Kathy and Rick Hilton, thanks to their political influence, are trying to have her daughter pardoned by Ca. Governor Schwarzenegger.

“Kathy and Rick are exploring ways to try to get her sentence reduced,” a source said. “That includes approaching politicians, including Gov. [Arnold] Schwarzenegger.”

DWI is a quite hateful crime, because it puts other people’s lives in jeopardy. Drunk drivers are losers, post-adolescential losers, biologically but not psychologically mature losers, 30-40-50+ years old losers that never grew up… Many are the reasons why a person gets behind the wheel under the influence. In any of those cases, we are talking about human trash. We, in NM, have a big problem with many of those drunk scumbags out there who think getting drunk and then driving is socially acceptable, is cool.

The arrogant spoiled PH was given a chance when she went under probation, and she screwed it up when she repeatedly and severely violated street laws, so let her spend 45 days behind the bars.

I strongly hope she won’t be pardoned: that would be very un-American.

I am soooo fed up with Hiltons! At least you live you in America now and you don’t have to watch the stupid Paris Hiltion adds for 3 (meglio cambiare, no?) NO!

They said on the Italian news that Kathy Hilton said the Judge just wants to be famous like her daughter. Excuse me, your dumb daughter broke the laws (AGAIN) she should have to pay just like every other joe shmoe. If she doesn’t go to jail, I swear I will drop my American citizenship (hehehehe)!

I wonder if Arnold Schwarzenegger will keep the money he received from Paris Hilton’s granddaddy? See details here

Paris Hilton should be thanking someone that she was lucky enough to get a judge who only gave her a sentence of 45 days in jail instead of 90 days which is common for violators of driving on a suspended license.

Paris Hilton will not appeal against the judge’s decision to send her back to jail for the remainder of her 45 day sentence.

In a statement issued through her legal team yesterday, Paris said: “Today I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge’s decision. While I greatly appreciate the Sheriff’s concern for my health and welfare, after meeting with doctors I intend to serve my time as ordered by the judge.”

If you have contacts, you have to try and use them. Whether we want to admit it or not, these things happen for the connected.

The Hilton’s didn’t pursue their DUI case correctly. Attorneys believe that Paris Hilton should have went to alcohol rehab on her own before her court date and that her refusal of alcohol education class is one of the biggest mistakes she should of made. Since Paris Hiltons DWI was obviously guilty, her best choice would have been to go to alcohol rehab voluntarilly as soon as possible, go to the class, and she probably would have got left off the hook because she took the time to make herself look better.

^^ great comments. I was personally shocked by a lot of the stuff that went down with Paris Hilton and all the mess she went through.

I personally hate the fact that people drive drunk. Its very immature and dangerous. Its a stupid pointless crime that does nothing but put people at risk. Its one of those crimes that can’t be ethically debated… there is no positive to DUI
